Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C. and U.S. territories, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders ship from Anaheim, California and are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed (business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During launches and holiday peaks processing can take a little longer; we will say so on the homepage.

Delivery estimates count business days from the day the order ships, not the day it is placed, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Alaska, Hawaii and territories may take a few extra days. The options and prices above are exactly what you will see at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Address changes
Check your address at checkout — we cannot change it after the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to reship it (shipping charged again) or refund the items.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors and your building, then email us. If it does not turn up we will file a carrier claim and send a replacement. Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 60 days and we will make it right.
