Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: October 13, 2026

We want you to love what you ordered. You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to return unused items in their original condition and packaging. We pay for return shipping: you receive a prepaid label and nothing is deducted from your refund.

What can be returned

  • Items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 90 days of delivery.
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective — contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund them at no cost to you.

Not returnable: used baits and tackle, gift cards.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@northwatertackle.com or call (714) 947-3004 with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the items securely and drop the package at any carrier location within 14 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and card issuers may take another 3–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original under this policy.

Cancellations

Reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped we will cancel and refund it in full; once it has shipped, use the return process above.

Warranty

Every product is new, authentic and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange the return or replacement; after that, the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply. We do not offer a separate store warranty.
