The Lucky Craft Gunfish 117 is the largest version of the best-selling Gunfish lineup and is truly a next-generation topwater bait. Featuring a slim tapered body design and uniquely shaped-cupped mouth, the Gunfish’s mouth configuration makes it splash and pop like no other while maintaining a tight “walk the dog” action similar to the Sammy series. The distinct difference with the Gunfish 117 is the incredible fluid motion of the bait on its retrieve and its big fish drawing power with its oversized profile. This topwater will allow you to catch bass even under highly pressured situations and has a resin/tungsten composite weighting system, which will allow you to cast it a mile, and approach fish from vantage points inaccessible with conventional topwaters. The long casting distance of the Gunfish 117 will effectively catch finicky schooling bass without alerting them to your location, greatly improving your odds on the water. If you’re ready for a walking bait that chugs and spits to cause a ruckus and draw big fish up to the surface, the Lucky Craft Gunfish 117 fits the bill to perfection.
