The G. Loomis GLX BASS series epitomizes excellence in rod design, catering to experienced anglers who demand top-tier performance and continual innovation. With over four decades of expertise crafting rods in the USA, G. Loomis has refined its approach, resulting in the revamped GLX BASS series, a testament to their commitment to continuous improvement.
Crafted from a blend of high-modulus graphite and advanced resins, these rods boast enhanced strength, balance, and sensitivity. Unique features such as stepped mandrels and micro-tapers strategically reinforce critical areas along the blank, ensuring durability and precise flex patterns tailored to specific fishing techniques.
Equipped with a full Fuji K SiC guide train, these rods offer smooth line management and reduced weight, facilitating accurate casting even in challenging conditions. Premium cork handles and custom CI4+ reel seats enhance comfort and bite transmission, fostering a strong connection between angler and rod.
The GLX BASS series embodies a “modern throwback” aesthetic, marrying elegance with simplicity, paying homage to G. Loomis’ heritage. Crafted entirely in their Woodland, Washington facility, these rods represent the brand’s unwavering dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
